Academics

While attending Great Futures Prep, students will attend Alan T Sugiyama (ATS) High School at South Lake. ATS High School is a choice school in the South End of Seattle with tailored academic programs. Each of the Great Futures Prep students will receive grade level, academic ability, and culturally-relevant academic support from a unique faculty and dedicated community partners. Students will be able to work alongside industry professionals to develop new skills, network, and gain valuable internship experiences. These opportunities will help students enter into careers and post-secondary education.

Mental Health Support

Great Futures Prep is committed to meeting the needs of teens. We have behavioral and Mental Health professional services to establish structures, day-to-day practices and policies, coach and staff training, one-on-one clinical support, and cultural approaches to serve the diverse youth, coaches, and staff.

Social and Emotional Learning

Students will have social activities with the Club throughout the school year providing opportunities to meet a diverse group of new friends and develop relationships with youth and mentors outside the Prep School.

Each student will have the opportunity to connect with an adult mentor that the youth will select with guidance from the Program Director/parents.

College Prep and Beyond

General Program Information

  • Annual membership fee to Boys & Girls Clubs of King County. ($50) 
  • Laptops provided 
  • Healthy breakfast and lunch provided by Boys & Girls Club Nutrition Specialist.

Tuition Information

Once accepted, a non-refundable deposit of $1000 is due on 6/1/2023. Payment options: Program Fee of $20,000 (tuition minus deposit) split into 10 monthly payments due the first of each month starting 9/1. Or one payment of $18,000 (tuition minus $2000 single payment incentive minus deposit) due 9/1. Scholarships are discussed on an individual basis. Scholarships can be discussed during the interview process.
